I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 and have been a provider in private practice since 2018. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and career counseling. There are moments in life that take our breath away and then there are other times where we can face challenges and find ourselves gasping for air. Taking the time to process your thoughts, feelings and actions can help to understand life ups and downs.
