Tedisha and I have worked together for about a year now, and she has helped me navigate a lot of big life decisions, and ways to communicate with people in my life. She is wonderful at holding space, and is very solution oriented. Many of our conversations left me learning something new about myself, and a strategy I could apply to my real life. If you're having trouble with career transitions, family trauma, inner child healing- she's a great resource. I would recommend her to any of my close friends and family, she's a great spirit.

Love her approach, how she helps keep me on track and pull gold nuggets out of muddy waters to figure out the essence of what I need to focus on, and keep me ibjective.
